This policy applies to bookings made directly on AuroraAndCedarStays.com.

• 30 or more days before check-in: full refund.
• 14 to 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• 13 days or fewer before check-in: no refund.

Stays of 28 nights or more are subject to screening (credit and background check and a prior-landlord reference). If we can’t approve your stay, you’ll get a full refund.

To cancel, email Hello@AuroraAndCedarStays.com with your name and booking number.

Important notes

• Refunds are calculated based on the official check-in date and time.
• Processing fees charged by payment providers may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
• Travel insurance is recommended for unexpected events.
• Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Bookings made through Airbnb or Vrbo follow that platform’s cancellation policy.
