We host a lot of people who need a real home for a while: travel nurses on contract, military families during a PCS, people relocating for work, and families in insurance housing after a loss. Our homes are fully furnished with a kitchen you can cook in and working Wi-Fi.

How it works

Every month-to-month stay is quoted individually, based on the home, dates, and number of guests. Send us the details below and we’ll reply with availability and a quote.

Screening

Stays of 27 nights or more require a credit check, a background check, and references from a prior landlord.

Good fit for

• Travel nurses: close to area hospitals, flexible around contract dates.
• Military PCS: near JBLM and Fort Wainwright/Eielson, plus pet-friendly options.
• Relocations: a place to land while you look for something permanent.
• Insurance housing: we can work with your adjuster or housing provider.
